How it works
1. Explore the guided demo
Your team sees Addie from both the counselor and student perspective. The goal is not to wander around a sandbox — it is to understand the three core “aha” moments: how Addie builds the Student Ledger, how counselors can query student context, and how Addie can support meeting prep, recommendation work, and student reflection.
2. Decide what your school wants to launch
We identify the first student cohort, launch timing, data path, and counseling workflow. That may be a junior questionnaire, brag sheet, college-list workflow, essay direction, Common App worksheet, senior autobiography, or recommendation-support process.
3. Sign the launch agreement
Once your school is ready, we send a contract with pricing, cohort size, launch date, setup responsibilities, and annual terms. Live student use begins after the agreement is signed.
4. Complete launch setup
During the setup window, we prepare the student roster, SIS or CSV data path, conversation journey, existing artifacts, launch communications, counselor onboarding, and progress reporting.
5. Launch with students
Your students begin using Addie on the agreed launch date. Addie helps students reflect, build context, and create useful counseling artifacts while your team sees who is engaging, who is stuck, and where human follow-up is needed.
